Charged me a no show fee for an appointment I set a year ago. I’m living in California now, I received no notice of an upcoming appointment. The system of getting people to book an appointment 6 month or even a year out when there is nothing wrong with their dental hygiene feels like a way to keep generating Income. Let people make an appointment with YOU when they need it, I took the appointment out of recommendation, not necessity… and now I pay the price.

I called to ask a question about retainer cleaning, and was met with passive aggressive responses. “I never even been asked this question before.” was what I was told which made me feel embarrassed for calling. All I did was ask a question out of curiosity.

I am new to the area so it has been an ordeal finding a whole new set of physicians in this area that are covered by insurance etc. I am grateful I found this particular office as the location couldn't be any closer and it ended up being a great fit as well. My hygienist Danielle was very down to earth, professional and friendly. The doctor was great as well and gave me thorough exam. I also wanted to shout out the receptionist Ann for being so welcoming and giving me a quick tour of the office as I was new to the practice. Highly recommend!

Super friendly ladies at the front desk. Feels organized. Everything was spotless. They have a cute play area to entertain the little ones. Overall ambience is calm, soothing and the staff feel relaxed, comfortable in their roles. Their calm demeanor makes me feel calm!
